| Mô tả công việc: | – Trồng và sản xuất rau củ, bắp cải, rau cải thảo vv… các nông sản theo mùa vụ
– Thu hoạch, nhổ cỏ, bón phân, đóng gói, vận chuyển, các công việc khác về nông nghiệp |
| Số giờ tăng ca | Tăng ca theo mùa vụ (46 tiếng đầu tính theo quy định luật lao động, quá 46h trở lên mỗi tiếng 180 tệ, ngày nghỉ đi làm tăng ca tính 180 tệ/giờ) |
| Môi trường làm việc | – Thời gian làm việc:
Mùa hè: 12:00-21:00 trong khi làm nghỉ 1h Mùa đông: 8:00-17:00 trong khi làm nghỉ 1h Theo tình hình công việc sẽ điều chỉnh – Địa điểm làm việc: nông trường, nơi tập kết hàng hóa, chợ bán rau củ quả |
