Thị trường này tiếp nhận khoảng 90% số lao động ra nước ngoài làm việc và giữ liên tục trong nhiều năm liền. Trong đó, thị trường Đài Loan được xem là “dễ tính” nhất trong 3 thị trường khu vực Đông Bắc Á. Các công việc như công nhân nhà máy, hộ lý, thu hoạch nông sản, giúp việc nhà… là những công việc mà Đài Loan cần nhiều lao động đến từ Việt Nam. Nhà máy Vân Tước, hiện nay đang cần 3 bạn nữ sang làm thực phẩm tại nhà máy

1. Yêu cầu tuyển chọn nhà máy Vân Tước

  • Giới tính: Nữ
  • Số lượng: 3
  • Chiều cao: 155 chuẩn trở lên
  • Độ tuổi: Từ 20 – 35 tuổi
  • Tình trạng kết hôn: Không yêu cầu
  • Nhận lao động đi mới  và cả đi về rồi
  • Yêu cầu: Có thể phối hợp đứng lâu, có thể bê nặng. Không dị ứng da và dị ứng mũi. Không được mù màu thị lực yếu. Công việc phải đội mũ, khẩu trang, găng tay, tạp dề, đi ủng, bịt lỗ tai. Yêu cầu phải sạch sẽ, đi làm không được sơn móng tay, không được nuôi móng tay, không được xịt nước hoa. Đặc biệt KHÔNG nhận người thuận tay trái
  • CHẤP NHẬN FORM CÓ HÌNH XĂM NHỎ VÀ KHÔNG LỘ
  • ƯU TIÊN FORM ỨNG VIÊN CÓ KINH NGHIỆM LÀM TRONG XƯỞNG THỰC PHẨM.

 

2. Nội dung đơn hàng của nhà máy Vân Tước

  • Hợp đồng làm việc:  3 năm
  • Địa điểm làm việc : Đài Bắc và Đài Trung, nhưng làm việc chủ yếu ở Đài Trung, theo sự sắp xếp của chủ quản
  • Mô tả công việc: Ngành nghề sản xuất: thực phẩm Chế biến, bánh ngọt, nguyên liệu canh, nước chấm, cắt rau
  • Nội dung công việc: nấu, cắt, rửa, chuẩn bị, sắp xếp….

3. Chế độ dành cho người lao động 

  • Lương cơ bản: 28.590 đài tệ/tháng 
  • Tăng ca: tăng ca theo quy định công cty
  • Môi trường làm việc: Làm việc trong khu nhà bếp chuẩn bị nguyên liệu của nhà máy
  • Thời gian làm việc: Ca sáng: 5:00 – 14:00,  Ca trung: 8:00 – 17:00, Ca chiều: 12:00 – 21:00, Nghỉ 2 ngày/tuần, cần phối hợp tăng ca vào thứ 7 hoặc CN. Mỗi tháng luân ca 1 lần
  • Tiền ăn ở: 2500 tệ ở, không bao gồm ăn. nếu ăn công ty mua hộ, suất ăn là 100nt/ bữa nhưng nhân viên sẽ là 60nt/bữa, sẽ trừ vào cuối tháng lương nếu công ty mua hộ, điện nước, gas, điều hòa tự trả
  • Trợ cấp ăn 3000nt/tháng
  • Ktx bên ngoài xưởng, công nhận tự đi xe đạp hoặc đi bộ đi làm

4. Hình thức tuyển chọn: Gửi Form –  phỏng vấn trên công ty ngày 13/10

5. Dự kiến xuất cảnh: 11/2025
