Chế độ làm việc 4 ngày nghỉ 2 ngày, Một ca làm 12h, trong đó có 2h35’ nghỉ, cố định 2 h làm thêm mỗi ngày.

Nhân viên làm việc tại xưởng XIN-FENG Tân Trúc đi bộ khoảng 5’ từ ký túc xá đến công ty ( khoảng 700m)
Nhân viên làm việc tại xưởng XIN-WU Đào Viên hiện nay sẽ đi ô tô của công ty khoảng 40’ đến công ty. Tuy nhiên trong thời gian sắp tới sẽ chuyển về ký túc xá gần xưởng, đi bộ 5’ tới công ty.
Nội dung công việc cụ thể là thao tác máy, kiểm tra, đóng gói, bảo dưỡng, khuân vác sản phẩm và nguyên liệu, vệ sinh công xưởng và các công việc khác do chủ quản giao cho.
Môi trường làm việc có thể có mùi hóa chất, cồn. Một số bộ phận cần sử dụng thiết bị bảo hộ
Trong khi làm việc người lao động phải mặc quần áo vô trùng.
